We make this professional 360° shooting as our commitment to helping you sell or rent your property fast and efficient. Because we believe we can help you speed the process, the 360° shooting is totally free and you do not have to pay anything for it. Whether we are successful (or not) with renting or selling your property, we will never ask anything for this shooting.

No, you do not need to pay anything. Our service is entirely free for all the people interested to buy a property. Browse countless listings, refine and save your searches: it won’t cost you a dime.

If you already sold/rented your property, we will remove it from the website, to prevent further enquiries about it.
As the owner, you will need to flag your property as “Expired” and specify the Reason for it as “Deal done”.

Please let us know the reason for unlisting the property, and give us a few information about the deal.
If the deal has not been made by the result of VirtualVisit.tv intermediation between owner and client, then no commission is due.
If the deal has been made possible or facilitated by VirtualVisit.tv, then a commission is due, pursuant to fees & commissions guidelines.

Once the deal is done between owner and client, a commission is to be paid to VirtualVisit.tv according to the Following fees and commissions guidelines:

Rental:
Commision equivalent to 75% of first rent term.
Term: commission to be paid at the time of deposit, and latest on the 1st day of effective rental.

Selling:
Commission equivalent to 3% of gross price for a value up to 900k CHF.
Commission equivalent to 2.5% of gross price for a value from 900k CHF.
Term: commission to be paid at the time of ownership documents signing.

The commissioning rule is similar to other traditional agencies: once the owner and client are presented through the intermediate of a broker, and if the deal is concluded between them, the commission is due to the agency that introduced them to each other.

We are a non-exclusive agency enabling our owners to pursue their effort in their best interest.
This means you can contact VirtualVisit.tvd any number of agencies and brokers about your property. However, please note that VirtualVisit uses a commissionning system based on the reveals and requests by our users towards owners’ listed properties.

Once we connect two of our registered users, the commission is considered due as the deal is closed.

The free 360° photoshooting is hosted on VirtualVisit.tv, but you are free to share it on social media (Facebook, twitter, instagram, …) and/or possibly use it on your own effort.
You can use the images for any purposes you have, just remember to put the credit “virtualvisit.tv” when using our images on external platforms.
