Please let us know the reason for unlisting the property, and give us a few information about the deal.
If the deal has not been made by the result of VirtualVisit.tv intermediation between owner and client, then no commission is due.
If the deal has been made possible or facilitated by VirtualVisit.tv, then a commission is due, pursuant to fees & commissions guidelines.
