Once the deal is done between owner and client, a commission is to be paid to VirtualVisit.tv according to the Following fees and commissions guidelines:

Rental:
Commision equivalent to 75% of first rent term.
Term: commission to be paid at the time of deposit, and latest on the 1st day of effective rental.

Selling:
Commission equivalent to 3% of gross price for a value up to 900k CHF.
Commission equivalent to 2.5% of gross price for a value from 900k CHF.
Term: commission to be paid at the time of ownership documents signing.
